In Photos is run by Donncha O Caoimh, a software developer with Automattic Inc. and one of the guys behind weblog site WordPress.com and the multi-user version of WordPress WordPress mu. He lives with his lovely wife Jacinta in the scenic town of Blarney, Co. Cork, Ireland.
He posts a new photograph every day on this site. They are usually street shots around Cork City, Ireland but there’s a wealth of photos from around the country and elsewhere, too. Donncha is a Linux user and his primary post-production tool is The GIMP, using GThumb as an image viewer.

The process was wonderful but at the same time it was demanding and consuming. So I’m going to take a break from trying to take a new picture each and every day. I will continue to post regularly using some of my older photographs and some new ones.”
