“I am Eléonore Chellini, I’m 15 and I am French.

I experimented with photography since last summer (2010) and it became a huge passion for me, I could never do without.

What I do with my photos? Make unrealistic dreamers. Make sure they speak to us. Photographing for me is a keyhole. I create my world my way and my image through the photograph.

Dreams are sometimes a way of facing reality as it is. That’s what I want to show. One can notice that in my photos I often represents the magic and individuals in the wild, which reflect, where that dream.

I use the Canon EOS 550D with 18-55mm lens and 55-250mm lens.

I also have a tripod that allows me to do my self portraits (I lack models).

I work a lot in retouch colors, which allows me to create this fantastic atmosphere that I love show.

Beyond making a surreal picture, my goal is to show that even the simplest things can be wonderful, and tell their story.

Following my presentation is through my pictures …”

“A vision in black and white of the city of Paris and its citizens, and sometimes from elsewhere in France . I do not particularly want to tell stories . I like when the image allows you your own story . I try to be has near as possible to this idea . I try to photograph as much as possible in the sense of this idea.

That said, I have nothing against the telling of stories. This will probably happen to me according to visual events that I will do during the rest of my life. (I’m 45 and I practice photography seriously only in recent years, approximately 5 years). I do not like the idea of gray in photography, I really prefer the hard contrasts, sometimes even violent … but you never know!

PS: I’m French … and my English is perhaps a bit basic, sorry about that!”

“…I was fortunate to have parents who loved traveling, especially off the beaten path. From the Alps to the Carpathians, islands and volcanoes, I have seen many wonders, now cherished memories. However, it is not until 2002 – when I picked up a digital camera – that I started recording these memories on a medium other than my visual cortex. It probably won’t come as a surprise that my subjects of predilections are natural landscapes. Simply enjoying the calm and serenity of my surroundings, I will gladly sit in the same spot for hours… sometimes just to get the right shot.

2002 is also the year that I first visited New York City. I was doing an internship there in order to complete my Masters degree in technology and…”

I was born in 1985 in Paris, France

I lived in Paris for 11 years, then Beirut for 5 years, and came back to France when I was 16.

I graduated with the highest score in arts (20/20) and went to an artschool (l’Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Bordeaux) from 2003 to 2005.

I came back to Paris with the certitude that I wanted to be a photographer. I spent a year outside of any school or university, learning photography by myself.

In 2006 I entered l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs, an art school, where I have been studying in the photo and video departments, and currently continue to do so.

In april 2009 i joined the photojournalism agency Prospekt

Projects

I work mostly on youth, people of my generation. I take photos as a means of understanding myself, rather than trying to portray something I’m not familiar with, or trying to discover. I don’t like the feeling of being a stranger to things, and I spend a lot of time thinking about what my position as a photographer provokes in what I photograph, about the connection between me and my subjects, or objects. I have a strong sense of empathy, which I canalize into my activity.

In the year 2009/2010, I will be in Beirut, Lebanon. I will take photos related to the stream of thoughts I’ve had for a long time now. Beirut interests me more than any other place because of the unique feeling that emanates from the young people there…charlotte gonzalez photoblog
