Sara Schorr Photography

A tension between the performance and candid nature of female identity fuels Sara Schorr’s work. She has photographed trapeze artists, academics, mothers, burlesque dancers, lawyers, prostitutes, brides and babies. A curiosity of the range of the female experience runs through her work. Her current Memento project examines heirlooms from friends and family members.

Sarah Schorr currently lives in Arhus, Denmark with her husband Cameron Warner and her daughter Sophie Clementine.
