Australia Nature Photography David Webb – May 24, 2008

A warm welcome goes out to the newest photoblog in our community, David Webb’s “Images of Nature” Photography Gallery. Using a nice mix of daily life writing and beauty photography, David Webb has done a wonderful job with this site. I am particularly fond of the lightning photographs!

I’ve been interested in photography ever since we got our first digital camera. At that time, it didn’t even have a colour screen, and took photos at 320×240 pixels. Since then, we’ve got a better camera, and learned some tricks of photography, so I started up this blog site. The camera I used for most of these photos before Sep. 07 is a Kodak C330 4.2 MP camera with 3x optical zoom. More recently, I bought a Fujifilm S9600 with 9MP CCD and 10.7x optical zoom. This is a great camera for those who don’t want to upgrade to an SLR yet but want the advanced functionality that an SLR provides.
