Heather Parker studied photography at Massachusetts College of Art and Design – The third most selective art & design college in the nation, earning a BFA degree in 2000.

After working in Brooklyn, NY and freelancing in New York City, Heather developed a diverse portfolio of photography. With over ten years of professional photography experience, Heather currently works between Chicago, IL and Boston, MA shooting a variety of assignments not limited to weddings and advertising/editorial.

Heather shoots weddings, fashion, headshots, product/food photography, and architectural interiors/exteriors on a freelance basis. In addition to gallery exhibitions, her work can be seen in several publications and books including Mortons Media Group Ltd of the UK Cape Cod Life Publications, and This Old House Magazine.

Most recently, Heather’s photography has been selected for publication in The Knot Fall | Winter 2009 issue in the best of section.
