From her home studio, she has photographed some of the most famous names in show business, including Elvis Presley, Cary Grant and Marlon Brando. Now Carnegie Hall is asking her to leave.

“I don’t think they can put me out; I’m 97 years old coming up. I only have three years to be 100, and I am still skipping rope and running around; I have no wrinkles on my face,” she says. “I’m not going to leave. I don’t think it’s right that they do this, because I need my skylight.”

  1. This lady is awesome. More power to her! Her portraits are incredible. How could they even think of kicking her out of her photography studio that she’s been in for 60 years? It’s one studio out of 300! She won’t be around much longer anyway, really. The executives at Carnegie Hall should be shot… and not with a camera!
