‘Tis the season to make my annual pilgrimage to New York City for Christmas (window) shopping and do some photography, of course. Tomorrow, I head from my little town of 4,000 residents to the Big Apple in an attempt to see city life at it’s best. I love New York City…the sights, energy, sounds, people, food, cab rides, … it’s just a blast! This year, I packing along my newly acquired Kodak M1033 to document the trip, and hopefully to return with many images for my photo blog. For all of you with high-end DSLRs, also having an handy, compact digital camera is just great. No worrying about the weather, the large camera bag, just toss it in your pocket and document to your heart’s content.
Besides shooting more pictures than my family can tolerate, I also plan to visit Parsons – The New School for Design. This is where my daughter will be next summer for a pre-college program. So, we’re all excited about the trip and will post the images as soon as possible. Wish me luck!
