Day Tripping in New York City
I recently took some time off from developing my new photoblog application (more to come in future post), to enjoy a great day of photography (and eating) in New York City. The weather was absolutely perfect! If you have the chance to visit NYC, now is a great time before the summer heat sets in. I was surprised that the traffic was not very heavy as it made for a enjoyable time for easily getting around. Several people took advantage of the sunshine to endulge in some sunbathing in Central Park (always entertaining). ..and the street vendors were in mid-season form.
Selling My Baby
I’m selling my baby…yes, it’s time to give her a new home…to someone that will give her the love she deserves. I’m talking about my Nikon F3. For years, I used my Canon F1′s, but always wanted a Nikon F3. So last year, while cruising through eBay, I stumbled across an auction with minutes left for my beloved camera…and successfully acquired one at last. One problem, I was already addicted to my digital cameras. In truth, I haven’t run 12 rolls of film through this beauty..What a shame!
So after holding on to this camera for a year, hoping the film bug would bite me, I am throwing in the towel and have listed it on eBay. If you’re interested, as of this writing there are about 3 hours left…Nikon F3 35mm Film Camera Body.
